Abdulaziz Al-Muhanna, President and CEO

As a founding partner of EG&G Middle East, Mr. Al-Muhanna has since led the company’s activities as president and chief executive officer and has overall responsibility for strategy, growth and operations. His hands-on entrepreneurial background spans many disciplines where he has either led or participated in the formation and direction of companies and joint-ventures in the information technology, automation, distribution and security sectors.

Prior to commencing his business career in 1996, Mr. Al-Muhanna lectured computer science for 6 years at Buraidah College of Technology where he also co-authored technical papers and supervised students’ projects in cryptography, neural networks and information systems.

Khalid Abaalkhail, Senior VP and COO
Joined EG&G Middle East shortly after the company’s formation, Mr. Abaal-Khail is responsible for maximizing and coordinating corporate-wide resources and optimizing operational effectiveness and strategic positioning. As Senior Vice President and COO, Mr. Abaal-Khail translates EG&G Middle East’s strategy into an action program, manages the day-to-day operations of the company, and coordinates critical internal processes such as planning, solutions development, and projects delivery and support.

Before joining EG&G Middle East, Mr. Abaal-Khail spent over 20 years in senior management positions in various industries, including: Health, Operations & Maintenance, Food, and Security. Mr. Abaal-Khail has extensive experience with managing through change and cultural integration, including corporate divestiture, mergers, and the start up of new ventures.

Mohammed Al-Otaifi, VP – Finance & Administration
A seasoned financial executive, Mr. Al-Otaifi is responsible for critical decision-making and problem-solving within EG&G Middle East. As Vice-President for Finance and Administration, he implements quality assurance, controls overall financial transactions and directs administrative issues.

A Certified Public Accountant, Mohammad has been with us since the time of EG&G Middle East's inception, and has always been a vital member of our management team. He attended Internal Quality Auditing ISO 9000:2000 at SGS in the United Kingdom and Ernst & Young in Saudi Arabia and is an active member of the International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA), the Saudi Accounting Association Fellowship (SAAF), Saudi Organization of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Walid Aboulnaga, General Manager – Dubai, UAE
Mr. Aboulnaga joined the executive team of EG&G Middle East in February 2004 with more than 10 years of successful experience in management and product development. Based in Dubai, he leads the company’s expansion efforts including regional strategy, sales, business development and operations. Walid is also responsible for driving the ongoing success of the company’s offerings by optimizing the go-to-market strategies and building lasting partnerships between EG&G Middle East and its customers.

His functional and management experience derives from working with fortune 100 companies such as Ford Motor Corporation and overseeing large scale projects with IBM. He has earned both his Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, United States of America.


Faisal Al-Bakr, Director of Technology
Faisal came to EG&G Middle East from Raytheon and has over 15 years of management, engineering and leadership experience. As Director of Technology, Faisal is responsible for the company's technical strategy, research and technology policy, and technical links with research agencies. Faisal has an extensive background in defense naval, land and air systems development policy and strategy, and is instrumental in maturing EG&G Middle East’s technical development process and creating the core technology platform of the company's unique offerings.

Before joining EG&G Middle East, Faisal held long-term senior technical positions within companies such as Raytheon and Hughes Aircraft where he has a well-established record of improving performance and technical innovation.
